(Montreal – April 1st, 2016) Experienced automotive, lifestyle, and Formula One journalist Piero Facchin has just joined the GP Traveler Magazine team as an editorial contributor- strenghtening the growing team of contributors and collaborators which are proud to contribute to the growing success of the digital publication.
“From the very first time that I heard and saw cars racing, at the age of six, when my dad brought me to Circuit Mont-Tremblant, I fell in love with the total sensory experience around the world of speed,” said Facchin. The Montreal-based journalist also has a background in architecture and design. “What fascinates me the most is how creativity leads to beautiful things; in this case, in the automotive world.” Facchin has collaborated with many different media outlets, from magazines, to web, to TV.
“We are happy to have Piero on board, his passion and experience will surely add to the success we have enjoyed over the past months,” said GP Traveler founder Joey Franco.
According to Facchin; GP Traveler represents a way of expressing, through words, images and “faits vécus”, that total sensory experience that is the world of racing. “F1 is more than just about fast cars; there is a “lifestyle” that involves many varied stories…worth telling, and GP Traveler is the perfect medium for this.”
